I have NSBU on my Windows 7 (SP1) 64 computer. Under the Background Tasks, the Product Maintenance has ran but has never completed. Has anyone else had this problem? I have ran Auto-fix which finds no problems. Have uninstalled NSBU using NRnR and Norton Removal Tool because of unrelated problems. But noticed that Product Maintenance still shows as running but never completing.
Would appreciate any help & also if anyone else is experiencing the same.
