Product Service Dependecy ERROR numerous times a day!

I  downloaded Norton 360 on a trial basis to see if it could help me with my problem.   My mouse freezes several times a day and I have to log off manually by just turning off the computer. When I turn it back on, my mouse is active again.  I try to use the degrag on my computer and it doesn't work... the Clean up doesn't work either.  I think that is why Norton keeps sending me the notice that I see on the screen all day  that says Product Service Dependency Error  5013.3    It is so frustrating. I keep hoping that Norton will find a solution.  I have Windows 7  using a Gateway PC  Explorer 11
