Whats the point of this in the preferences if it does nothing:

We will continue to send you information relating to your orders, account updates, Automatic Renewal service and important security alerts regardless of this setting.
I still get the product updates, offers, and security newsletters emails no matter what. Perhaps norton feels all there emails are important security alerts?
Only thing I care about getting from norton is if my information was taken or my system was hacked. otherwise I do not need your excess ads about new products. Hence the unclick of this item.
