I thought that would be the case but I've had phone calls from Norton Support (somewhere in India I thnk) because I can't get it to work on my device here. They gave up and told me it must not be supported in Australia only the US at the moment. I've posted in the other forum I'll wait to see what they say up there.
I have a product key, but the website won't accept it. I was provided another product key by Norton Support, wouldn't accept that either, was called by Norton Support and told that NAT will not work in Australia.
Samsung Galaxy S2 4G I'll wait and try again later see what happens
I'm fairly sure that one of the Mobile Master uses the NAT plugin in Australia though I think he has reported that location accuracy was not good. Hopefully he will be online in the next couple of days and may be able to give you some feedback.
Yes I have the FULL paid version on my device. I got NAT by doing exactly what you said. It will however not show up in my devices nor can I use it to find my device etc.
If I go to My account, it asks to either pay for the app or submit a product number.
I'm not going ot pay for the app as I thought it was part of NMS and it will not accept the product number
Hope that clears things up
I'm not really stressed about it, Samsung offers the same system as part of their product for the phone, its just that I can't seem to get it working
Same case happend with me also, plus my mobile gets slower because of the Norton. It slow down other applications too like games and pdf creator and many more.
Kind of, but it's still a little confusing. Here's a couple things that might help:
NMS does not integrate with Norton Account currently, so the purchase for NMS will not show up in your order history there (unless you purchased NMS from our online store - any other location and it will not show up).
If I go to subscription info I get redirected to the "my account" info see above for what I get aka history
If I select add NAT licence it will not accept my licence that I retrieve from the my history nor would it accept a licence given to me by on line support. It was then I got a phone call telling me this service is not available in Australia
I hope this helps??
PS I'm not overly fussed about it all, so please don't stress too much about it as I doubt I would use this service its more the Anti Virus I'd be worried about and Samsung offer a find and lock my device as part of their support for free.
