Hello,
I have been using PM FASTrack PMP v8 (project management certification question database) for about a month now. After completing a grueling 4 hour sample test last night, I got a pop-up from Norton that Sonar had detected a threat ("Sonar.SuspBeh!gen3") and it was removing files. After looking at the messages I saw there was a log and I made a copy of it. When all seemed quiet, I went back to my test to get my results and all my history was gone! In looking at the log I had copied, I saw files that were removed that were associated with the application, including tests and reports. (note, RMC is the author of the test prep program.) I've done some research this morning and it looked like I could restore the files from quarantine, but they are not there in the quarantine list - these log entries below say "threat removed".
Can anyone help me figure out if they are they gone for good, or on my laptop somewhere that I can restore? I have not attempted any other testing as am hoping these files can be restored before new ones are created. Any help is most appreciated. Hours and hours of work are in those reports. :(
Thanks in advance.
