Program says no longer protected

We have a computer running 360 Premium on a Windows 10 computer.  We have around 30 computers with it on them.  But this one computer had the program stop working a few weeks ago.  It was working fine and now the program shows it is no longer protected.  The Subscription status on the program shows 0 days remaining: Subscribe in the left hand corner.  But if you go to the account and check subscription status it pulls up in the program that it is active until 2026.  I have uninstalled and re-installed both by the Norton program and thru the computer.  Once it reinstalls it says the same thing.  Does anyone know what we can do to get the program working on this computer?

Sorry you had to go to that extreme. Although if you had to do that to get Norton working, there is no telling what else might have been affected that you did not notice.

Thanks for posting back.

Thanks everyone for the comments!  I ended up doing a restore back to factory settings.  Once I got everything set back up and installed 360 back in it seems to be working without issue.

Unless others here have any other ideas, I suggest it is time to contact Norton Support.  www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

If your situation allows, a remote session with the support rep can look deeper into your system to see what might be blocking this.

I have tried that download.  We had 1 license left from a 10 pack for a completely different  product key.  I tried to reinstall using that Key and still get the same issue.  I can go onto the account page then click on Manage Licenses and the computer name shows up like all the other computers.

Can you confirm you are using a fresh download from your Norton Account for the reinstallation, and not a stored copy of a 360 intstaller?

Try downloading the installer from here.   http://www.norton.com/cspn360

I checked the date and time.  They are correct. I has Windows 10 on it.  I don't see any updates around the time it was noticed.  But not exactly sure when it started to not work correctly.  It was only noticed when it popped up that it was out of date and no longer active. It is a weird problem.  I have even gone to the extent of uninstalling and making sure everything was out of the registry.  Then re-installing with the same issue.

Going back to an old suggestion. Check that the system date and time are correct.

What Windows Version are you using? Any recent updates?

I turned off Fast Startup and uninstalled. Then reinstalled.  It says during the reinstall Cannot Connect to the Norton Server.  I have hit retry several times and keep getting the same error.  It is connected to the internet and everything else works fine.

Try another reinstall of your 360 using the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool from    www.norton.com/nrnr  . Be sure to use the Advanced Option > Uninstall only. Then restart the computer. Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.

Then reinstall 360 from your Norton Account and run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available? Then restart again and test.

Thanks!

It goes thru and says: expires in 969 days and that You Are Protected.  But once you close it the program itself stills 0 Days remaining and that You are no longer protected.

Using the classic 360 interface, click on Help > Subscription Status to get the product to sync with the subscription servers.
