Hi. First my apologies if this has been asked 1000 times but my brief search did not return any answers and Im short on time.
I recently installed NIS 2010 on Win 7 64 HP. The program was installed on my admin account. Installation went smooth however it doesnt seem to be monitoring or have certain options enabled when I switch to my standard user account and work from there.
Trying to run NIS 2010 in the standard user account times out or just fails to open. I cant scan for tracking cookies, viruses or other malware while in the standard user account. I know its running in this account because the browsers have all the NIS options.
My attention was drawn to this when I was reviewing security history, downloads, download insight and noticed it had not run for OCCT, Adobe Flash and CPU-Z but had run for driver installations done in the safe mode admin account.
Was the installation done correctly?
If yes, how do I get scanning, download protection/insight and all the features I have on my admin account to work under standard users except the ablility to modify NIS 2010 settings as a standard user?

When you did the installation of NIS2010, did you do this in Safe Mode or a regular loaded Windows?
