Ich habe meinen PC mit Norton geschützt, der hat jedoch heute einfach "Opera" installiert - was immer das ist, nun lässt sich dieses Programm nicht löschen, wer kann mir weiterhelfen?

HKöhler:Danke für die Unterstützung, ich habe mir erstmal ein Übersetzungsprogramm suchen müssen, um die Antwort lesen zu können, deswegen hat es etwas gedauert. Hab mir jetzt auch ein Programm runtergeladen, womit ich solches Zeug dann löschen kann.

Thanks for the support, I first had to look for a translation program to be able to read the answer, so it took a while. I've now downloaded a program that allows me to delete stuff like that.

How to Uninstall Opera
When I try uninstalling it, it says Opera is running and wont uninstall, but it isn't running.
Opera may not have a window open, but a background process might still be running. If you're on Windows, open Task Manager, scroll till you find Opera, right-click it, then select "End Task". Try uninstalling it again after doing that.

Do you have an Opera in one or more of these places:
"C:\Program Files\Opera"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera"
"C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\local\programs\Opera"
If so, just delete those folders. Then, try the uninstall from the control panel again. It should then ask you if you want to remove it from the list.
If you want to also delete Opera's settings and files, you can delete "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable" and "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Stable". Or, delete the parent "Opera Software" folders to get rid of all Opera profiles (if there are more besides "Opera Stable".
CCleaner has options to remove invalid entries from the registry. You could run that after doing the above if you want.
You could also use an uninstaller program if you want.
