Every time I open the app on iPhone I am prompted to login with my username and password. It used to just automatically log me in via Face ID. Why do I have to enter my credentials every time even though I choose to enable Face ID?

Which app are you referring to? If the 360 app, did you sign in originally when you installed the app? That should keep you logged in.
