Proof that companies are putting profits / market availability above all else

If you lease or own an EV please watch the video linked below. This is seriously, NO JOKE!! More than just EV owners are affected, entire power grids can be compromised using these vulnerabilities to no good.

Indeed so!!

I'm just waiting and wondering how long it will be before I see my new Toyota drive off one night by itself.  Thieves have already figured out how to hack the Vehicles CAN Bus Network via simply reaching the headlight connector, allowing them to unlock, start the vehicle, and drive off without the need of your key or fob.  Next thing, they'll be able to remotely drive off with your car...It's really getting ridicules.  angry

Another tiff Microsoft allowed to go unfixed for 18 months. Personally, Microsoft is digging themselves into a position where no trust becomes the norm. Always touting security for Windows 11 like a dog whistle no one can hear. I no longer wonder who is doing what and the reasons why. Its clear as a bell. Nothing but a ponzi scheme, new devices to run a new OS. A/V companies selling trash we don't need because of the fear mongering other companies cause by allowing security to rest on the back burner over their profit margins. The list goes on and on.
