I suggest that Norton develop a routine to protect the user against remote access by WhatsAppGB. If someone accesses your account, the access is not detected by WhatsApp, and the spy remains with full access to the user’s messages.
If any account you have has gotten hacked, there is nothing any AV product can do to stop them from using features you may have enabled for that account. As soon as you find out you have been hacked you need to change all passwords as soon as possible.
