Protect 3 devices

Hi when I look at my Norton 360 subscription I only use 1 of my 3 devices to get protection. When I use the add device I can scan the QR code on my Android phone and the software being installed then is the Norton Password Vault, not Norton 360. Is it not the intention that I can use my Android phone as well to get protected and counted as an additional device in my subscription? If I install Norton 360 on my Android phone and use my UserID & Password for my Norton account, the subscription is not found.

How long have you been using 360, and how have you been renewing each year. It is possible that if you have been using the Renew feature for 360 and you have a subscription that started more than 4 or 5 years ago, your 360 does not support mobile devices. You will need to upgrade your subscription to a newer version that does support mobile devices.

If that does not help, I would suggest contacting Norton Support and asking them to upgrade your subscription to cover mobile devices.

If your Android OS version is less than 8 you cannot install Norton 360.
