Protected Ports

I am using Outlook 2016 and Windows 10.  I have been using Norton 360 for several years.  My email provider recently moved to a new server and required me to change to SSL and Port 995 for my incoming server,  and Port 465 for my SMTP outgoing server.

My spam filter worked perfectly before I made this change.  I have seen several posts in the forum about what you CANNOT DO.  This is unacceptable.  YOU NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

IF MY SPAM FILTER WON'T WORK, THEN I WANT A FULL REFUND.

Please provide an acceptable explanation for why my spam filter won't work.  I am getting hundreds of spam em ails every day.

If this is not resolved quickly, I will seek another provider.
