"Protecting your connection to a newly detected network" - What does this mean?

I was looking through the history when i saw all these info for protecting to a new network. Why does it keep changing ip address and some of them say ip address has disappeared? Is this my wireless network or someone elses?

The IPV6 is the projected improvement in communication on the net.  Most of us use the IPV4.  Norton has included that ability in advance, but as it is not being used, as mdturner advises, it is refreshed and closed.

I dont understand the answer you have given me.I dont lose connection on the pc which is wireless so why does it say its been disconnected, surely i would lose internet activity. Its no big deal as long as this is normal.

Your connection will still be through the IPV4, not the IPV6 "Teredo Tunnelling"  So it doesn't matter what the IPV6 is doing.

Thanx for explaing i will mark as solved
