Pups (potentially unwanted software) is in fact a form of malware. Norton Antivirus should at least let you know (or have the option) that the program that you are installing does contain a form of potentially unwanted software. This needs to be implemented ASAP! I have read in the forums about similar situations and the answer was to remove it with malwarebytes. Yes you can but that is not the answer. Norton Antivirus costs $49.99 per year and should contain this feature to scan for potentially unwanted software. I am a long user of Norton products but this is just not acceptable.
