Protection Report has erroneous information - has for a while

Norton 360 deluxe, Windows 10
The protection report still says that No scans were run in past 30 days. That is wrong. When will this be fixed. I put in a ticket for that months and months ago.

These bugs are definitely happening, I don’t know why! I believe this will be fixed in the next release.

They need to hire a good Exterminator unit. Kill all or most of the bugs and then also a tkt follow up team to actually track these tkts that are open for months and months.

I agree with you, since Norton has many bugs that need fixing after adopting Avast and putting everything inside Norton. It’s a shame they didn’t include other Avast features within Norton, but that’s another issue.
