Protection Report - wrong information again about scans

I see the pop up and alert that ask me to view the Protection Report. When i go to look at this report, there is bogus information on it. It says that i havent run a scan in 30 days. I have already told Level 2 about this and they said that these alerts are going away. Well, they did not go away and this report is wrong. Please fix this product, Norton. This is bad. It is wrong. I ran scans a week ago already. Also, i was told no green checks for the scans and then i see one on full system scan. THis is crazy. This does not work as it should. Needs to be fixed. I am told things and then I do not see what they say, go into effect. When will this product work properly??? Also, Norton needs to get the support up to date on this product and the quirks. I get all kinds of information that is not correct and differs depending on who answers. You need to fix this issue and the product. It is bad.

Product & version number: NORTON 360 DELUXE

OS details: WINDOWS 10

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

I’m seeing exactly the same thing. I had a full scan 10 days ago, plus many smart scan and quick scan,

yet Norton gives warning “No scans were run in the past 30 days”.

Edit

My protection report is not correct and when I login to my account online it often says report not available even though my two phones show in my mobile app with invalid data.

What kind of scans did you run? Smart Scans or any scheduled scans. From the screenshot, it may be that the report is looking for scheduled scans. Either way, there is incorrect or possibly incomplete information being given.

I ran all three types of scans , but no scheduled scans. The Protection report doesnt say, “scheduled scans”.

Is your second image not from your Protection Report? That shows zero beside Scheduled Scans.

Either way, the display does seem to leave something to be desired.

Well that “Protection Report” is still broken. I had a full scheduled scan on 5 Jan, yet it reports “No scans were run in the past 30 days”. (Plus I had 5 “smart scan” and 4 “quick scan” in the past 30 days - don’t they count either ??)
