I was looking at my protection report and it states under number of networks protected 0. I have Norton Security that says firewall active. I have Norton VPN that says protected, my Norton subscription is upto date and the Security tab all is green and states "you are protected" yet when I looked at my performance report under the firewall section it says I am not connected to any protected networks. I can still access the internet so have connection etc so am I protected?
Also "None of your protected devices are collecting data" appears on Norton Protection Report.
Thanks guys, maybe its just another Norton curio ive come across as a customer. I know that if I contact Norton they'll u=just sya the usuall reinstall repair.
My Win 10 laptop is also showing zero networks connected. I only use Wifi for my internet connection, and only in my home. No outside use of this laptop.
FWIW!! My side, protection report also shows zero networks protected. IMA, my network is in a NAT-NAT setup and behind two firewalls at the ISP device as well as my own router. The computer this screenshot was taken from is Ethernet connected and not WiFi capable. I'm not using a VPN. The network is set to "Private".

Geez.....I don't know if your Norton Protection Report not collecting/reporting is just cosmetic or ?
