Protection score report tells me to run smart scan and i already just did. It is not correct. Fix this please. this is annoying. fix the product please. It used to tell me to backup files which i had done already also. Fix this product please. this is norton 360 deluxe plus on windows 11.

There’s three dots on the right side of each recommendation. Click on that and it should give you the option to ignore it. I have both of those in my ignore list right now.
Yes, but that still doesnt fix the issue and they withold points on your Protection Score until the Protection Score gets updated. There seems to be a big delay at times.
