Hello everyone. I'm not very computer savvy. I've caught what I suppose is a Trojan/backdoor. It started with lots of internet explorer pop-ups. Then when I rebooted my computer I received system alerts with 2 separate warnings, one being c:windows/system32/prunnet.exe and I can't remember the other one. It was also in system32 though. Soon after, I wasn't even able to access the internet. its been about 3 days now and today I can't even access my desktop. I enter my password to log on and it appears to be loading, but once my background comes up, that's it. No taskbar, start button, desktop icons, nothing!! I can press ctrl+alt+delete and bring up the task manager, which means I can open programs through that, but like I said, I'm no computer genius. I've had this computer two weeks, this just started 3 days ago. Is there anything I can do???
