I opened my "WordPad" to create a document, Norton Security Suite notified me of a low risk problem. I excluded it as Norton recommended. Then I took a closer look at the location. PUA.Wajam (which is some type of browser redirect) was located at -
C:/ Program Data / Norton / { a long alphanumeric code } / N360_21.1.0.18 / CmnClnt / WordPad 00027676 TMP File (272 KB)
I though I should delete this temp file, I have never found a temp file that could not be safely deleted. I opened the WordPad temp file and found what looks to be programming language. Again I found this unusual for a temp file. Below is a screen shot of the temp file.
I am confused if this temp file is a vital part of Norton, or can it be safely deleted?
