Pulse update server time problem again

Is there a problem with the pulse update servers again?

 

When I checked NIS the time since last update seemed long (>30 minutes).

 

I initiated a manual update which succeeded.

 

HOWEVER, the "time since last update" did not change.

 

Now when I initiate a manual update, I get the "Not Required" message and the time since last update keeps increasing.
