I already have an active subscription that expires in February 2026.
I accept Norton’s offer (via email) to renew at a reduced price.
The purchase was successful with the credit card being charged.
Unfortunately, Norton is telling me that my purchase was unsuccessful.
How can I report this issue to Norton?
