How can you get product key from Norton? I made a purchase few days back without creating an account first, and now i have been waiting for that confirmation email but yet nothing. I don’t want to buy another one as the purchase went through.

Have you checked your spam folder to see if the confirmation email went there? Have you with your bank/credit card company to see if a payment has been taken by Norton?
