I have a 3 license NAV pack which is expiring in 3 months. I need to purchase an additional license. Is it possible that the new license expiration date is synchronized with existing licenses to avoid having to track 2 different expiration dates.
Hi r_honey,
Yes, it is possible to track it and infact the remaining days will be added to the current subsciption if you go with new purchase. If you want to use in the same 3 user license pack.
But if you want 3+1 user license you need to rememeber both expiration days, but you will get an alert from the last 30 days every week so you can renew it no need to remember the expiration dates.
You can also see the remaining days in the Main UI of NAV.
Hope this will help you.
Regards,
Sagar
r_honey,
You might want to check out the NAV Page on the Norton Web site and click on the 5 User Pack.
At $90 that works out at $22.5 per seat if you only use 4 of them.
Check with the Norton OnLine Support team and I'm sure they will work out how to combine that price and add it onto you existing installation ... or if that is not feasible for some technical reason I'm sure they will balance it out somehow.
To contact customer support Click on this link https://www.norton.com/chat and work on from there.
Please let us know how you get on ....
Thanks Hugh, that worked great. The support person helped me purchase a 5 pack 1 year subscription automatically adjusting current subscription remaining time to it.
Thanks for letting us know how it all worked out -- that's really valuable and will help everyone to know that this is a good way to go if you need 4 activations .......
r_honey,
Thats great to know that your issue is fixed.
