I don't know if anyone will ever get this or respond. Is there a telephone number where I can reach a REAL person? I renewed my Antivirus tonight and added the back-up that was offered. Noticed that the email address you had for me was wrong. Multiple contacts with customer support and no one could tell me how to correct the email address. I tried to install the back-up and was told to enter the 25 digit product key. I entered the only product key I had and continue to get error messages. My confirmation page for my renewal has the OLD and WRONG email address. I just want to cancel the back-up since it won't install and be sure that I still have anti-virus coverage. I guess any info is being sent to the WRONG email address. This has been going on for over two hours. Can I talk to a person?????
