I am paying for 65 Gbyte of online backup but can only use 23Gbyte. I have been in contact with the online chat support 2 times and they can’t help me. They have helped me to fill in a form to purge my online backup account but this was 3 weeks ago and nothing has happened. Not even a response. I have sent the request form 2 times and the online chat member from Norton have checked and tells me that I have done everything right but still noting has happened.
What can I do to get access of my complete account (65Gbyte) which I am paying for.?? I like to delete al my files and have access to all 65Gbyte unfortunately there are no files on my account but the counter still shows that I only have access of 23 Gbyte from 65Gbyte. I have sent the form <Removed>

I had a lot of old backups but I have deleted all files. When you log in ad the online backup, you will find no files at all. The same is when you check my internet browser (The Norton online drive is gone). This means that you will find no old backup on my account but still it states that I am using 42Gbyte... and I can't remove it.
