The online purge in progress has been going on for 2 days now. I tried online chat help and they could not do anything other than telling me to delete the computer and start again. I just went through all this 3 weeks ago and it too 3 days for my backups to be restored again.
I need the purge cancelled! My daily backups won't run as long as the purge is going and I need my business files backed up on a daily basis. That is the whole reason I have this program!
