Backup claims to be successfull but when either attemping to select a file to download or purge...no files show up....only directories. This is my first attempt at backing anything up...so it all can be deleted and I am willing to start over. Can someone help me with either deleting/purging all files or making the backup agent re-backup the same files?
I have tried to run the backup more than once and each time it tells me it finished successfully...but still no files in the online storage. My storage capacity bar is at 50% and from what I can see...nothing is being backed up. All this has occurred over a 2-3 week period.
