I am no longer able to launch the Quarantine Console in NAV 2004,
I get an error message from Windows saying the program has encountered an error and needs to close when I click the "View Reports" button.

ModVer: 81.3.0.13 Offset: 00008b3c
I can't seem to find a fix for this anywhere, just a bunch of other users with the same problem.
Is this problem still going to be fixed in a future Live Update, or has NAV 2004 been abanonded?
What about NAV 2003? Is this same problem affecting the 2003 verison? I would rather go back to my NAV 2003 than upgrade to a newer version right now, the newer ones consume to many system resources for me.
