Dear Quads,

The FBI MoneyPak screen recently appeared on my computer. Given your experience in removing the malware responsible for this, I was hoping that you could also help me.

Thank-you for replying to my request. As of right now, the FBI Moneypak screen is not appearing on my computer. The Norton Anti-Virus software on my computer was unable to detect the malware causing the FBI Moneypak screen but the Malware Megabytes Anti-Malware software most likely detected and removed the malware. However, I believe that my computer might still be infected and that the malware is in some kind of latent state( or some other malware might still be on my computer). Is there anyway that you can help me detect whether the FBI Moneypak malware or some other malware is on my computer?

I think that I have Safemode with networking. I don't think that the Ransomware pops up while in Safe Mode but I haven't tried to use the internet in Safe Mode.
