Quarantine Details Question

I just purchased NIS2009 and put it on a Windows XP Pro machine with all updates. The system seems to be running fine, after the initial installation I did my NIS 2009 updates then ran a full system scan. The scan showed a couple of detections and quarantines which leads me to post here.

Most of the detections showed all the full details when I went into the quarantine to see what had been found and removed. That's great, mostly adware stuff, but I want to see what it is so I am happy. Then, I came across 3 items "quarantined" which when I drill down the details in quarantine it only says "[Restricted item(permission required)] as the details. I came here and see two other posts about this, but no answers about what causes it or how to find out what has been removed. In my case it shows that there are 3 items, and that they are file based. But no file name or location to indicate what they were or where they were located on the machine.

Now I am not an overly paranoid type, but I have had "False Positives" from other AV products, so I want to know what has been detected and where it was to be sure that I am not dealing with that in this case. I believe this to be a reasonable request.

"Tech Support" both online and e-mail resulted in my concluding that their is a communication gap between here and wherever said tech support is, with the only result being multiple instructions on how to view the quarantine and it's details which, I am already at and why I am asking the question.

I am the administrator on the machine in question, there are 4 user accounts (family members) on the machine as well. I don't think there is any higher permission level that can be achieved on the machine than mine as full administrator. So I am hoping that somebody has run into this and figured out how to actually view the details for these 3 items that I have in my quarantine. I suppose I could try to restore them if it will even let me do that and see if I can figure it out that way, but this seems like a fairly foolhardy thing to try.

Thanks for any help!
