Quarantined files issue

Hi, I run Norton 360 Premier on my laptop and recently it has been deleting a lot of my files (false positives).

When I go into Norton and click on 'Check Security History', in an attempt to restore the files, the window will not open.

If anyone could give me a solution I'd appreciate it. I intend on cancelling my subscription and uninstalling after I restore the files because this program is mind-numbingly frustrating.
