When I run my quick scan it says there or No viruses or threats found. Then I click the complete now button and it says under status NOT FIXED. Can someone please tell me how to correct this problem?

I have a red x on the icon...I am running Windows XP. I don't know about the service packs. The last time the scan ran was today and yes the date and time are correct on my computer... I don't have any other security programs running.
sims8197 - I've had that red X a couple of times, and usually I just click on Run Live Update until it says there are no more updates available. Then I usually have to run the Quick Scan, after which the red X turns into a green check. If this doesn't work, you may try running a check on your Norton's program. If you are running NIS 2011, click on the Norton Icon, click on Support, click on Get Support, you should then get the One Click Support screen. Click on Support Session and a program will run that checks the Norton Internet Security program. Hopefully you will then get the green check and can click close. If you need more help, you can then click on Launch Support Web Site. Hope this helps solve your problem.
