This isn't really a problem, I don't think, just a question. I currently have Internet Security installed on two computers, and it seems to be working properly on both of them. And when I log into my account, I see both of them listed under "My Installs". But on the "Devices" page, I only see one of them listed. Is this anything to be concerned about? It seems a little strange to me.
