Yesterday, I decided to renew my NIS for another year instead of going to NS because of the issues that product is having. My NIS is an English license key (Bought boxed version in Cyprus), so yesterday I did the renewal online and was directed to the Turkish Norton site. Everything went well, even had a discount, and was pleasantly surprised when my other two pc's auto updated a little while later. I was thinking I would get a different key, but on checking it is still the same one? So, does this mean that as far as Norton goes, I still have an English version key even though I bought the renewal via the Norton Turkish site?
I want to be sure as if and when I do upgrade in the future to NS, I want to be able to do the 'over the top' way instead of clean uninstall if indeed I had a foreign key. Hope this makes sense.
