In the latest Full System Scan run in last Saturday, I found 7 EXE files (for games and its tools which have been installed in my PC for 3-5 years) quarantined because of Suspicious.Cloud.2 (Heuristics Virus). As they are trusted game files, I process below step: Open "History" --> Quarantine --> Select removed item --> Click "Option" --> Choose restore and exclude --> Click Done.
After that, I check the Exclusions Lists in "Settings", but there is no any finding in both three lists. I tried add a file in the list and found that only folder and its subfolder or virus characters can be added. But how about the files excluded through above operation? If it is a real virus which is restored and excluded by mistake, will it be ignored from Auto-Protection?
I also tried restoring and excluding files quarantined by SONAR and got the same problem.
Does this mean all virus can escape the scanning through above operation and customers have to take the risk for restoring and excluding any quarantined items?
