Just purchased Deluxe online and installed on two machines ; now when I sign in at manage.norton.com I get a message that says I haven't installed Norton on any devices ? then when I close that screen a message appears saying my subscription is expiring ?? ; however, when I then click MyNorton/My Services the correct info shows up , i.e. 1 subscription , 2 devices .
Is this just a current glitch in the software or does it take awhile for things to get back in sync ? this is the first time that I renewed my subscription with a new purchase rather than through Norton so maybe it's throwing things off ??
