Hi Guys,
Few questions Guys , number 3 worries me most................. i run 360 on Windows 7, one Wireless machine other ethernet. Laptop also - connects wirelessly through a router - all 3 have wireless conenctions to a printer. I do not permit any file/printer sharing through this "network" at all.
"I do get lots of "Default Block Windows File sharing blocked communication on address 192.xxxxxxxx Port 39" always "System" being responsible.
More oFten than not the IP adresses are those of he PC's at home or other devices - Ipods, Games Consoles etc, etc.
My questions are:
1) Whay are they trying to do/ why are they still trying to file share if my windows set up has this function turned off?
2) wHAT IS " System" - I noticed in my list of programmes in Firewall settings that I have this set to "block" but there is no location /manufactuer for it given. Is it safe?
3) One of the Ip Adressess that is blocked by file sharing is 192. variant that I do not recognise as any of our devices? Whats going on here?. Also, on checking I see the same address linked to : " Allowed IENRCORE Access to your network" Local Computer 192.x.x.x.x..80 Same as teh blocked File Share. Is this something to be concerned about?.
I'm worried as I dont recognise teh Local Ip - but it seems to be similar to my other devices - & also worried as it had access via this "IENRCORE".
thanks for any help.
