According to the Symantec instructions "a full system scan performs a deep scan of the system to remove viruses and other security threats. It checks ALL boot records, files, and running processes to which the user has access. Consequently, when an Administrator runs a Full scan, it scans more files than when a user who does not have Administrator privileges runs a scan."

I have ran full scans as a Administrator and I have noticed that during the scan I do not see the "System Restore Files" being scanned.
1. Does the System Restore Files get scanned ? (if it does"t, how do I scan it if possible ?)
2. What other files don't get scanned on a Full System scan ?
