Quick Scan has no "Sleep" option

I use Norton LifeLock 360 on 2 Windows 10 computers.  When running Quick Scan one, it will offer "Sleep" in the dropdown menu for "When items are complete, my computer should".  On the other, an ASUS Transformer Mini T102HA, it does not.

The ASUS Transformer may be used as a tablet or a laptop with the supplied keyboard.  I always use the keyboard.

I have not been able to find a setting option for this.

Is it possible to add or enable the "Sleep" option?

Thanks.

And is it checked to be on/available?

Yes.  I regularly put the computer to Sleep, as it were, from the  Windows menu.

"Sleep" is an option in Windows' Power menu.

And is it checked to be on/available?

I did run LiveUpdate several times and restarting, to no avail.

"Sleep" is an option in Windows' Power menu.

The ASUS Transformer is a combination laptop and tablet with a detachable keyboard.  The keyboard connector is a series of metal contacts with the keyboard and display held together with a powerful strip magnet which works quite well.

Windows has tablet settings at Settings - System - Tablet.  I have disabled Table mode entirely, again to no avail.

For Quick Scan "Hibernate" is an available option which strikes me as odd.

There is no setting to add that setting.

First thing to try is to run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available.

If that does not help, from the classic menu click on Help > Get Support to have your Norton product check its installation.

On the device that is having this issue have you checked that your Windows power settings allow Sleep?
