I have Windows 8 and got the Anti-Virus Software for a year trial. I put it in works great then I get red flag to fix quick scan, says not complet right off. I re-installed it after uninstall of course, did same worked fine for few days and bam again. Got laptop in Feb of this year (2013) did trial, 60 days went fine with that too. But the product that i bought is acting up....please help me
It might be an update that has caused the problem, can you do a full scan and if so use that for the time being. If it is an update keep checking this forum as other people may flag it.
Please tell us which Norton Product you are using and the version number which can be found by opening the product, selecting Support and then About. The product name will be the first itm in About and the version number the last.
Please check to ensure your system time and date (lower right hand corner of screen).
Is the product you bought the same product you sued as a trial? If not how did you remove the trial prior to installing your new product?
