It's been doing this for awhile now with the quick scan stop working. Usually when my screen powers down but today left my computer and came to virus not being process right. I try do a quick scan but I got an error message after it failed - it say it fixes but never do because as usual I got an error. I have to restart my computer to get it fix itself. This should not be the case!
The virus is should be gone now according to the quick scan I just did but this been happening for sometime now with quick scan or any scan - it fails. I don't remember the error message it gives but this been happening way to much. I would like this to be fix.
