Quicken 2015 Error CC-502

I am running Quicken 2015 and have had intermittent problems connecting to my bank accounts for updates.  I am receiving CC-502 connection errors and once started last for approximately 30 days and then the connection restarts and I am able to download my transactions automatically.  I have had this problem 3 times in the last year and have to manually update my account/accounts; defeats the whole purpose of the being able to easily download them.

I have deleted the accounts and tried adding new accounts but I still receive the same error for the 30 day period.  When I also try updating the account, the program locks up and will not update.  I must use task manager to end the program.

I have spoken with Quick support and they can not provide me with an answer and suggested it was my firewall.

Anyone else had this problem?  Anyone else have a solution?  Is there something in the firewall that can be changed to enable communications with quicken to allow the updates?
