I upgraded from NIS 2011 to the current version of NIS 2012 without any problems, I thought. My running system is Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1, all Microsoft patches. My only question is with NIS running and my system idle, QuickScan can run in the background any number of times during the day. I do not have any scans set to run as a custom scan. Is this a ongoing question/problem with other users ?
