I received a renewal notice for $302.00 - too expensive.
If I joint Nortons as a new customer I pay around $100 or so plus for VPN.
Therefore, i decided to joint McAfee now. Unless you reduce your price.
Very difficult to communicate with Norton.

Did you purchase a new subscription last year directly from Norton or another retailer?
If so, are you looking at the renewal cost for that subscription directly from Norton? The renewal costs are always more expensive than a new subscription. It is like many other service subscriptions where you get a discounted price for a new customer, then the renewal is at the current 'regular price'.
What many/most here do is turn off the automatic renewal and just purchase a new subscription each year.

Instructions for things are too difficult for the average, no-tech person. Sick of the ads to upgrade services as well. I canceled my autorenewal. Looking for a new provider as well.
Be sure you check the sender's email address to see if it is a genuine Norton email and not one of the many spammers/scammers out there. See the links in bjm_'s post above yours. I have recently been getting similar scam emails from "McAfee". I have never had Mcafee on any of my computers.
