Rajout dossiers de sauvagarde

Bonjour
Je n’arrive pas à inclure de nouveaux dossiers dans ma sauvegarde. La synchronisation ne se fait pas. Que dois-je faire ?

Is your Norton 360 v24 an update install or clean install?
Does Norton LiveUpdate run?
Does Norton QuickScan run?
Does Norton FullScan run?

Please run Norton Live Update + Restart (not Shut down) machine.

Please try Manage against your Norton pre-set auto backup
Cloud Backup Manage

Please try Settings tab → Back up common file types only = Off (red)
Please review Excluded files → Manage

I’ve needed to verify online [here] whether folder was added.
I’ve added folder…called Sync…then drilled down…online…to find/verify added folder.
