Rakuten and shutting off Ad Blocker

Issue abstract: Rakuten is not working

Detailed description: I’m trying to sign into a site (Staples) using Rakuten to earn cashback, and I keep getting a message that " Your ad blocker is working too hard! To earn Cash Back at Staples, disable your ad blocker and refresh this page."

I don’t have any idea where the ad blocker is on My Norton subscription. I did NOT download the safe web browser. Is there another place I should be looking? I don’t see any ad blocker icons anywhere on my computer.

Is it possible it’s from another software?

Try disabling Tracking Protection for the site(s) as it can be confused with an ad blocker. You are more likely to encounter this with Strict protection, in which case you may want to reduce it to Standard.
