hello my pc has been starting to play random ad's and music for some reason with windows xp i deleted aim, and tried to do a system restore but it failed any help would be nice thanks. i tried scanning it with norton antivirus 010 nothing came up though.
i have done a full system scan a couple days ago. do u want to see the results? it was out of 850,000 files

Did you run the scan in Safe mode? or was that in normal mode? Did it detect any threats?
Please close all the browsers and check whether you still hear the music.

Hmmmm, Music that is more like ads playing out of the speakers vs actual Top 40 type music, there is a difference.
