Rant about autorenewal

I absolutely love NIS 2011, so it really sucks for me that Symantec has lost a customer. I can NOT tolerate the way that autorenewal is set up with Norton. My story is I purchased NIS last year. Set up an account and ensured that I opted out of Autorenewal (at the time I was unsure if I would like the product or not). A few weeks ago I received an email stating that my credit card would be charged for another year of service. I looked at my account and was unable to opt out of autorenewal because I already had. I fired up a chat session with Norton support and was assisted by a very nice tech. After the session I received an email from Symantec assuring me that I was not enrolled in autorenewal. A few days ago my credit card was charge $59.99 for another year of service. This is a problem, if I select renew from within my account I am quoted a price of $19.99, if I autorenew its $59.99...that is crazy. This business practice needs to be corrected, I must be able to trust my security company. Your autorenewal policy needs some work. Sorry for the long rant, I'm just disapointed in Synantec.
